Welcome to Let’s Order In – Lunchbox Program (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Service Overview
Let’s Order In provides prepaid, made-to-order Hotdog Lunchboxes delivered directly to participating schools in Medicine Hat and surrounding areas. Each Lunchbox includes one hotdog, one drink (juice, milk, or Coke), and one snack (chips or cookie) for a flat rate of $5.
2. Ordering & Delivery Schedule

Orders placed by 9:30 PM Monday–Thursday will be delivered by noon the next day (Tuesday–Friday).

Orders placed Friday–Sunday will be delivered Monday by noon.

Delivery days: Monday through Friday.

Deliveries are made directly to designated school offices or pre-approved drop-off areas between 10 AM and 12 PM.
3. Cut-Off & Scheduling
Orders received after 9:30 PM are automatically scheduled for the next available delivery day.
No weekend or holiday deliveries are available.
4. Product Availability & Substitutions
All Lunchboxes are prepared fresh daily. If an ingredient or item becomes unavailable, a comparable substitute may be provided at no additional cost.
5. Payment & Pricing

All orders must be prepaid through our secure online checkout.

Prices are listed in CAD and include applicable fees or taxes unless stated otherwise.
6. Responsibility & Delivery
Responsibility for an order transfers to the customer once the Lunchbox has been delivered to the designated school or authorized staff member.
7. No Refund Policy
All sales are final once production begins (after 9:30 PM).

8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for delays or disruptions due to weather, school closures, or events beyond our control.
Our liability is limited to the value of the affected order.
