Refund and Returns Policy

🚫 No Refund Policy

Effective Date: 2025/10/17


1. All Sales Final

All Lunchboxes are made fresh to order. Once production begins (typically after 9:30 PM each day), all sales are final.


2. Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders may be canceled or edited before 9:30 PM on the day they are placed.

  • After this time, orders are locked in for preparation and next-day delivery.


3. Order Issues

If a confirmed error occurs (e.g., incorrect or missing item), Let’s Order In will offer a replacement or credit toward a future order — not a cash refund.


4. Missed Deliveries & Closures

No refunds are issued for missed deliveries due to:

  • Weather-related closures

  • School shutdowns

  • Force majeure events (beyond our control)
